So I have been on this fitness journey for quite sometime now. I have made some amazing progress however, as soon as I see that I'm succeeding I tend to stop doing what I'm doing. Before I know it, I'm right back where I started.
Losing weight is easier said than done. I'm so tired of hearing, "If you don't like yourself, then change". I'm trying, and it's just hard to stay motivated and to stay on track.
