All sales are final and refunds and returns are not accepted on our merchandise because items made are customized or personalized. These items have been created or altered according to your requests.

However, if your order had been delayed or an error was made on behalf of TanishaLynne.com, we will waive this agreement and issue a refund, offer a discount or cancel your order entirely at your request.

If an error was made to your order on our behalf, it is required that a claim be submitted within 3 days of delivery. This means if your order arrives on a Monday, you should report the error made to your order no later than Wednesday of that week. You should know we are fair and will do what is necessary to handle your claim professionally, respectfully and promptly.

If it is necessary or requested for the merchandise to be returned due to an error made by TanishaLynne.com, we will send you a shipping label. We will pick up the cost of shipping charges and issue you a return tracking number. Please DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE without notice because it will not be accepted. For security purposes we monitor incoming and outgoing packages. Without authorization or notification of your return package, it will be deemed SUSPICIOUS and delivery will be DECLINED.
