IS SHIPPING FREE?
No, shipping is not free. Delivery time varies for orders. online orders are 3-4 weeks or 6-8 weeks in some cases.
HOW LONG FOR SHIPMENT?
Please allow 3-4 weeks on most custom orders.
ARE DEPOSITS REQUIRED?
All orders that are placed online must be PAID IN FULL.

Deposits are not excepted for express orders and so these must be PAID IN FULL.

Deposits are accepted for orders placed over the phone or through email for custom orders with an expected delivery time of 3 weeks or more, depending on purchase.

CAN I GET MY ORDER FASTER THAN 4 WEEKS?
Yes but orders must be made by email or over the phone.

YOU MUST EMAIL IF YOU’RE OPTING FOR AN EXPRESS ORDER.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR A DEPOSIT?
A 60% down and 40% paid one week (7 days) prior to deliver date.

For example:  Your order total is $100 and due 6 weeks from today.  Your deposit would be $60.  Your balance would be $40 and must be PAID 5 Weeks from today… which leaves 1 week from your due date and gives me time to ship your order to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE A DEPOSIT IS MADE?
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sorry, but you will not be able to get a refund. This is due to cost of materials, and labor that have been invested in preparing your order. Your deposit will cover the costs incurred.Text
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Regardless how the order was placed, you will be sent an email with details of your order for confirmation and to ensure of correct spelling, colors and fabric of choices, and an invoice for your order.

After you receive, you will have to send back your approval and submit payment for the invoice’s balance. You then will continue to receive a progress report on your orders status.

WILL A TRACKING NUMBER BE PROVIDED?
Yes all orders come with a tracking number. Once the order has been shipped, you will get an email with the tracking number so you may monitor or order while it’s in route.

*ALL ITEMS WILL BE CAREFULLY PACKED TO ENSURE IT’S SAFE ARRIVAL. ONCE ORDER IS SHIPPED AND A TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, OR DAMAGED GOODS.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE IN A SPELLING OR LETTERING?
If you realized a mistake has been made on your behalf, you can email me with the corrections. HOWEVER, if the order has already been started then unfortunately I will not be able to correct it.

If an error is made by us, then we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund, offer a discount if you are willing to accept the order into your possession, or issue you store credit toward future orders.
